Liz,

I found your dressings at the Missouri Botanical Garden Best of Missouri Market this month.  The first bottle of Miracle Dressing is gone, and I just cracked open the Pesto Parmesan.  In an attempt to not wash extra dishes, I put macaroni and cheese in the bowl I had just finished eating salad from.  YUM!  The flavor and the texture the dressing added to the mac and cheese were incredible!

I hope you find an outlet to sell your dressings in the St. Louis area soon!

Dear Liz,

After talking to you in the Ice Cream Parlor, we went straight to the shop
down the boardwalk and purchased the Miracle Salad Dressing. Yes, I did ask
when they would be getting the Maple Mustard in (I thought Cheryl was going
to bust while the reply came).

Back to the dressing. Wow!!!! Very tasty! All of us love it! My husband
has been asking me about the other flavers. Looks like I will be going
downtown to check them out.

Best of luck to you in your venture---but with products like this you won't
need it!

lizzie,

I am just head over heels for your Roasted Red Pepper Dressing. As suggested, it’s great on a spinach salad with a medley of toppings, providing just the right combination of savory and sweet. I am addicted to its distinct flavor and find myself between meals dipping cucumber and carrot stix, the dense texture sticking perfectly to the veggies. Last night I marinated some chicken breast in it and it added so much flavor, keeping the chicken moist and adding a wonderful red pepper color. The freshness of the natural ingredients has won me over to the Lettuce Lizzie label, I look forward to trying them all. Kudos for making such a great product!

A grateful fan...

You don't remember me but my sister and I talked to you at the Katy Depot on Girls Day Out.

I just wanted to tell you that I made a pasta salad, I used rigatoni, and intended to use the Pesto, Parmaesan, Peppercorn Salad dressing. Instead, I got the roasted red pepper. My husband loved it...so did I and our daughter. I have a request for another pasta salad on the 19th. This time I will use the one I meant to use on the first one. They are sooooo good.

I am thinking about some for another daughter and our other sister for their birthdays.

You don't have to contact me, I just wanted to let you know that you have a hit on your hands. They are better than Campbells soup...mmmmm, really good!
