POLICIES
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express), personal checks and money orders. If paying
by check or money order and your payment is not received
within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.
When paying by check or money order, your
order will be held until payment clears (generally 7-10
days). Checks returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF) will
incur a $30 fee.
SHIPPING
Due to food restrictions, we currently ship to the United
States and Canada only. All orders will be shipped by UPS. Keep
in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All
orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of your order.
Please allow slightly more time during the holiday season or
if you saw us in the media, as we may have a large influx of
orders.
We charge exact shipping. A small handling fee will
be charged for retail orders.
RETURNS
We are confident that you will enjoy our products. If you
are unhappy for any reason, however, please let us know
and let us make it right. We stand behind what we make and
want you to feel confident in shopping with us!
PRIVACY
We committed to keeping your personal information private,
and will NEVER sell, rent, or share your information with
others. Your personal information (including, but not
limited to, name, billing address, phone number, email
address, and credit card information) will only be used as
necessary to fulfill your order.
