About Us!

Welcome!  My name is Liz Huff (aka “Lettuce Lizzie”).  I am a classically trained chef whose main job in life is making people happy through my food.  I have cooked and managed in various spots around the country and the Caribbean and achieved my personal goal of operating a successful restaurant of my own.  Although I would have loved it to be the “glazed ginger rhubarb duck” that kept people talking at my place, it was always the salad!  When I closed the restaurant to take up catering and to teach cooking classes, I had many customers calling me for dressing.  I only had to make a few hundred mason jars of my “Miracle Dressing” before the wheels started turning, and now you can enjoy the same flavor in your home.
